At SL&T we are committed to making a positive impact on our community. We are actively involved in helping two nonprofit community-based organizations reach their objectives.

• The Coalition for the Homeless helps to transition homeless and at-risk families in the Washington, DC area to self-sufficiency through housing programs and supportive services. http://www.dccfh.org

• The 100 Black Men of Greater Washington DC, Inc. is devoted to improving the quality of life for African-Americans – particularly young males – in the Washington, DC metropolitan area through programs focusing on health and wellness, economic empowerment, education, and mentoring. http://www.100blackmendc.org
